To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer’s queries through chat and E-mail.
To achieve the productivity target
Ability to handle multiple chats effectively with a good typing speed.
Provide customer service with the human interface, identify and understand customer needs
Ability to provide effective and achieve 100% customer satisfaction
Skills Required:
Candidate should be ready to work in 24X7 environment
Candidate should be comfortable with 10 hours shift in a day
Flexible for a movement between chat and email support
Ready to provide customer service to gaming customers
Should have some knowledge of games
Should be excellent in written English
Should be good in comprehension
Should be interactive and focused on rapport building
Should have a positive attitude and can-do approach
Should value integrity
Should be ready to abide by Organization Policies
Ready to work on various projects as per client requirement
Should have solution oriented approach
